The loan consultants provide consumers with consultation and advice throughout the entire loan process and are dedicated to helping consumers choose the right loan and getting it closed on time.

We have closed loans previously through Quicken Loans and were pleasantly suprised by their helpful and knowledgeable staff. Their sales team is just as dedicated and driven to close the loan as you are. The entire process was headache-free and easy-to-do. We would definately do business with them again. The only surprise came after the loan was closed and they notified us that they had auctioned our loan off to another mortgage lender. However, the process was transparent to us and did not cost us a penny; so it was not a problem. We would strongly recommend working with Quicken Loans should they provide a competitive bid to you!
